Our Bishop has made the fall ember days into days of fasting for vocations. No special liturgy or anything, just announcements by the priests after mass.
You probably know that much of what you and other Catholic traditionalists claim has been lost or forgotten has not been lost among the Orthodox. In most lines of work, people who lost something others haven't often ask, what did you think or do, or not think and didn't do, that enabled you to keep what we lost and want back. Yet, in this case which you and others write a lot about, there is an unwillingness, sometimes accompanied with unabashed negativity to the point of unbridled nastiness, among traddies and sedes of all stripes to engage with Orthodox, much less be curious at all to ask those questions. Can you tell me why?

I love the Ember Days...just another treasure uncovered for me when I discovered the Traditional Latin Mass. Thank you for another excellent article!
Robbert I love your writings. I would like to pay you but cannot afford a monthly obligation.
I would however be happy to pay you a One Off donation if you have us the opportunity.

You should do one on Rogations Days too. Maybe in the spring?

Ok, but coffee is a medicine, not a beverage
